New, unused or defective merchandise purchased in Miniso stores may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase at the original store. Returns will not be accepted without an original purchase receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment. All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition, packaging, tags, and labels.

Cosmetics, undergarments and jewelry are excluded from our return and exchange policy due to health and safety concerns. All promotional items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Transactions that use the Miniso rewards points for cash rewards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
